For this reason, once a project has begun, payments are generally non-refundable as resources, time, and planning are immediately allocated to your project.

If a project has not yet started and no work has been delivered, you may request a cancellation and a partial or full refund depending on the situation and the stage of preparation. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both the client and our team.

In cases where a project is ongoing, partial refunds may be considered only if a major issue occurs on our side that prevents us from completing the agreed service. Any completed work or delivered milestones will be deducted from the refund amount.

We encourage all clients to communicate clearly with our team before starting a project to ensure full understanding of the scope, timeline, and expectations. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures smooth collaboration.
